We Buy Watches – the Process

Once you decide you want to sell your watch, here’s how the Henne trade-in process works.
 

1. You contact us via phone, email, or the contact form below. Tell us about the watch, the condition (we do purchase watches that are broken or have some damage), and gather any documentation. Having the original box and paperwork can help increase the value of the trade-in watch.
    
2. A Henne team member will reach out to you to coordinate a time for you to bring in the watch. Our Master Watchmaker will evaluate the current condition of the watch and help determine the value. (Please note that we can authenticate a luxury watch, but that is a separate service similar to appraisals.)
    
3. Typically within 2-3 days (sometimes sooner) we will contact you with the amount we can pay you for the watch. We work with a network of reputable used watch buyers across the country to provide the highest value for your watch in the ‘secondary’ market.
    
4. Once you agree, we work out payment arrangements. Enjoy the funds, no matter how you plan to use them!
