Our jewelry repair process is simple. Here’s what you need to do:
- Stop in our store with the piece of jewelry you need repaired, or call ahead to make an appointment.
- We’ll inspect the item and assess what needs to be done, from simple requests to more complicated repairs.
- We provide you with an estimate and time frame for completion.
- Once approved, we’ll move forward on our end and complete the necessary repairs, updating you if the time frame changes due to complications.
- We return your jewelry to you.

Henne Jewelers has its own internal watch department, which can handle nearly every repair onsite rather than returning it to the manufacturer. For our customers, that means a quicker turnaround and a lot of peace of mind.
Nearly all battery replacements can be done within an hour, and water seals done on the same day.
Longtime Henne employee Chris Travelstead is a Certified Master Watchmaker who has over 40 years of experience. He is certified to repair Rolex, Omega, and most other Swiss luxury brands. He works his magic year after year, continuing to deliver the finest in workmanship.
