How They Met
Sahil and Natalie met on the dating app, Hinge. They chatted for a few days and had their first dinner date on a Thursday. They also saw each other on Friday and Saturday, and the rest is history!
About the Proposal
Sahil proposed in northern Michigan with the Mackinac Bridge as the backdrop. Natalie's family has vacationed to Mackinaw City every summer since she was born, so the proposal location holds a lot of nostalgia. It was Sahil's first time visiting the area and it was Natalie's first summer trip there in 5 years!
Looking Toward the Future
Sahil and Natalie are planning to get married in Pittsburgh on May 29, 2021! Natalie's maternal grandparents were married on May 29, 1948, so sharing an anniversary date with them is a special way to honor their love. They were able to share over 55 years of marriage and we are hoping for the same!
