How They Met
Jacy grew up in Lancaster, PA, while Ronnie is a Pittsburgh native. Jacy moved to Pittsburgh in 2010 to go to college, but always planned on returning home after graduating. That is, until she met Ron. Ron made Pittsburgh feel like home to her, and his family welcomed her graciously as well.
Shopping for the Ring
Jacy wasn't familiar with any local jewelers, but when she began browsing engagement rings she knew Henne was the first place they should visit! On their third anniversary of dating they came to Henne and met with a great sales associate. Jacy wanted a three-stone ring, because that is what her grandmother has and she wanted something similar. When she tried on the first ring, she began to shake and fell in love with it. After looking at it in a full length mirror, there was no doubt in her mind that this was the ring of her dreams.
About the Proposal
Ron and Jacy scheduled to have Christmas card pictures taken on October 21, 2017. Little did she know that Ron had bigger plans in mind. He had contacted the photographer earlier and told her that he wanted to propose to her during the photo shoot. Jacy followed the photographer's direction for a picture, standing in front of Ron and holding their pup. When she turned around, she saw Ron on one knee! She was so touched that Ron incorporated their dog, Christmas, and planned ahead to capture the moment. Now they can look back on it for the rest of their lives!

Where They Are Now
Ron and Jacy decided to stay in Pittsburgh and recently purchased a home in North Huntingdon. They have a happy little dachshund puppy and look forward to planning their wedding day!
