Congrats to Rich and Lauren on their engagement! They originally met through Rich's cousin, and the rest is history! For the proposal, Rich surprised Lauren at his parents' house with her whole family there and asked her. Rich's nephews and Lauren’s niece dressed up and held custom Nike shoes that he'd had made that said, "Will you marry me?" They plan to tie the knot in 2023.
