Congrats to Tom and Hannah on their engagement!
How they met: Tom and Hannah met on Hinge before meeting in person for tacos in downtown Pittsburgh followed by ice cream at Millie’s. They connected immediately over their core values and shared love of family and faith.
The Big Moment: Little did Hannah know that Tom had asked her mom for her blessing before driving to Henne from Morgantown to purchase the engagement ring. Right before parking by Henne, Tom was in a fender bender. Thankfully, everyone was safe and he continued to purchase the ring at Henne. Tom had the ring about a week before he popped the question.
As a present for their one year anniversary, Hannah got Tom a scrapbook filled with all the adventures they had gone on in the past year. He mentioned he added something to it that he wanted to show her. He had written a heartfelt note with a P.S. Will you marry me? He even drew a cartoon picture of her English Bulldog Atticus holding the ring! Hannah spun around to see Tom on one knee with the green Henne box opened in his hand. It’s no surprise she said yes!
Future plans: Tom and Hannah are planning a large family wedding for September 2023 and are excited to start this new journey together.
